What do we want to achieve together?

We're looking for a proactive and strategic Customer Operations Manager B2C to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will help us build processes from scratch while supporting ongoing operations and developing scalable solutions. They will liaise with local B2C operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience, prioritize the product pipeline for B2C customers, implement new features in collaboration with the product team, and support the local head of operations in prioritizing, tooling, and implementing new B2C customer strategies.

Process Development: Design and build processes from scratch to establish a robust B2C operations framework
Operational Support: Provide support on the run while building scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Customer Experience: Liaise with local B2C operations to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
Product Pipeline Prioritization: Prioritize the product pipeline for B2C customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Feature Implementation: Collaborate with the product team to implement new features that enhance the B2C customer experience
Support Operations: Assist the local head of operations in prioritizing tasks, developing tools, and executing new B2C customer strategies
Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of strategic initiatives to improve B2C customer operations and support business growth

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Education: You hold a degree in Business or Engineering (preferred)
Experience: You have 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or startups/scale-ups
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Language: You are fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders
