What do we want to achieve together?
We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Customer Operations Manager B2B to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will help us run a more mature business with established processes while driving process improvements to scale and automate our B2B operations. They will prioritize the product pipeline for B2B customers, implement new features in collaboration with the product team, and support the local head of operations in prioritizing, tooling, and implementing new B2B customer strategies.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to scale and automate our B2B business operations
Product Pipeline Prioritization: Prioritize the product pipeline for B2B customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Feature Implementation: Collaborate with the product team to implement new features that enhance the B2B customer experience
Support Operations: Assist the local head of operations in prioritizing tasks, developing tools, and executing new B2B customer strategies
Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of strategic initiatives to improve B2B customer operations and support business growth
What do you need to be successful in this role?
Education: You hold a degree in Business or Engineering (preferred)
Experience: You have 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or startups/scale-ups
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Language: You are fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders
