.Description: This Customer Marketing Specialist role is focused on leading the creation of compelling customer case studies and video content. This position involves working closely with external agencies, providing creative direction and subject matter expertise to ensure the highest quality of deliverables. Additionally, the role oversees project management, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met, while engaging with customers and partners to capture their unique stories. The role applies developed subject matter knowledge to address both common and complex business challenges within established guidelines, recommending appropriate solutions where needed. The Customer Marketing Specialist works on projects of varying complexity and scope, exercising independent judgment to identify and select the best course of action. In this capacity, the role may lead teams or projects, facilitating decision-making processes and information validation to ensure successful outcomes. In some cases, guidance may be sought to make decisions on more complex business issues. Responsibilities: Develop and produce customer case studies and video content aligned with Workforce Solutions business priorities. Work cross-functionally with Sales and Portfolio Marketing teams to ensure accurate and compelling representation of HP Solutions, as well as customer outcomes. Advocate for a customer-centric approach by integrating customer success stories into broader marketing and sales narratives. Provide creative guidance and subject matter expertise to external agencies. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Collaborate closely with customers and partners to capture their stories, ensuring a seamless process that strengthens their relationship with HP. Solve both common and complex business challenges, recommending alternatives when needed. Act as a team or project leader, facilitating direction, decision-making, and information validation. Support additional customer marketing projects as required by evolving business priorities. Education & Experience: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience. Knowledge & Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and oversee multiple high-priority initiatives. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, fostering collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and customers. High attention to detail, ensuring the accurate representation of customer stories in medium-risk environments. Creative mindset with expertise in storytelling and content development to produce engaging customer-focused materials
