As the Customer Marketing Lead at Make, you will play a pivotal managerial role in nurturing and engaging our user and customer base. You will be responsible for crafting and executing email communication strategies through email and other channels that enhance the customer journey, accelerate product adoption, and increase lifetime value.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns aimed at converting, retaining, and expanding our user base, reducing churn, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.Develop and manage end-to-end experiments and automated flows, from ideation and planning to execution and reporting.Manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure that campaigns are personalized and relevant to the customer.Integrate customer marketing efforts into broader marketing campaigns.Leverage channels beyond email to retain and grow our customer base.Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement in customer communication and engagement.Measure and report on the progress of customer marketing campaign performance.Develop & distribute email best practices to internal stakeholders.Requirements:5+ years of experience in email marketing with demonstrated knowledge of email best practices including deliverability, personalization, subject lines, reporting, send time optimization, etc.2+ years of experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team.Proven experience in customer marketing in a B2B SaaS environment developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that deliver on key acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.Strong experimental and analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.Proven track record in managing and growing a motivated customer marketing team.Proficiency in English with the ability to create compelling messaging and content.Familiarity with email design and coding concepts such as HTML, CSS, Canva, Figma.Passion for customer-centric marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent marketing initiatives to key stakeholders.What we offer:RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every day.Annual bonus.Multinational team with 42 nationalities creating the future of automation.Learning & Development plan (online language, professional courses, conference tickets and other trainings) & 2 Company Learning Days per year.3 Company Impact Days per year.Notebook/Macbook and 34'' curved monitor.25 days of vacation, 4 sick days, company day off on 31st December.10 care days to care for your loved ones.Extra parental vacation (3-6 months).RSUs grant for a newborn child.Life insurance.Gympass.Meal and transportation tickets, medical insurance.
