You'll quarterback the sales process, guiding customers from lead to purchase while leading sales strategies, overcoming objections, and negotiating success. This role is crucial in engaging with small to medium-sized businesses across industries, identifying their needs, and helping them leverage Microsoft cloud technologies to enhance their business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the initial contact for customers, delivering a stellar first impression.Lead the sales process from lead generation to purchase, managing customer relationships and sales strategies.Engage with businesses of various sizes to understand their needs and propose cloud technology solutions (primarily focused on Microsoft Cloud).Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists.Position competitive offerings and demonstrate how customers can capture value using Microsoft technologies.Turn prospects and leads into revenue, managing a high volume of contacts (~60-90 daily activities).Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.Utilize digital tools such as social media, video, chat, and phone to reach and engage customers.Collect and articulate customer feedback to improve business processes and solutions.RequirementsHigh school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.2-3+ years of sales experience with proven success; 1 year of IT industry and customer management experience is essential.Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools; experience with Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 preferred.Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and video.A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of their performance and skill development.Fluency in Dutch and English (C2 level, both written and spoken).Solid time management, integrity, and a results-driven personality.Knowledge of CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.Passion for cloud technologies and a drive to succeed.BenefitsCompetitive remuneration package based on experience and skills.Work hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM.Office located in the vibrant city of Málaga.Referral bonus for bringing in talented colleagues.Fully paid training and continuous career development programs.International Mobility Program offering opportunities to grow your career abroad.Be part of a dynamic and friendly team with a supportive atmosphere.Access to tools and guidance to help you reach your full potential.
