Everything you are looking for and more The mission of the position is to work in conjunction with the Sales department in Iberia to address a key point in the acquisition and maintenance of the company's accounts/customers. The main objective is to provide technical support to our customers as a pre-sales consultant, development and management of pre-start-up, configuration of flows and tools for new SME accounts.
Monitoring the portfolio of existing SME's customers to provide new improvements or updates and provide technical support and resolution of incidents that may occur and meet the needs of the accounts.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have? Development and implementation of a series of products and services to meet the needs of InPost Iberia's SME accounts portfolio.Validate IT solutions according to customers' work processes and systems.Provide support to the SME's sales team.Responsible for the integration and follow-up of new SME customers: e-Commerce plug-ins (Prestashop, Shopify, Magento 2, Woocommerce).Provide technical support to customers.Identify customer needs and issues.Well, what will the requirements be? Advanced degree (vocational training) in IT, telecommunications, systems or similar.Valuable English (professional competence).Technical knowledge of the use and application of API tools, EDI files, Plug-ins for development and implementation.Good communicator and ability to work closely with all departments.Understand the needs of the company and specifically the sales/business department in terms of integrations and know how to transfer those priorities to the different teams to complete the projects.Customer-facing work. Knowing the needs and concerns of customers to know how to transfer them and translate them successfully.Ability to work independently and proactively and to manage their priorities to successfully complete their projects.Knowledge of Prestashop, Shopify, Magento 2, WooCommerce plug-ins.What do we offer?
