The successful applicant will join the operational quality QMGA department. As CIM, you will integrate into a young team of dedicated, collaborative and energetic professionals devoted to ensuring it through the supervision and continuous improvement of shop floor processes. On top that, you will have the opportunity to deal face to face with final customers (Airlines, leasing companies or third parties delegates). Responsibilities of the job holder You will be accountable for the End to End Airbus Customer Aircraft Acceptance and Delivery process for Getafe Plant, guaranteeing product quality and customer satisfaction as well as full process adherence. Your main tasks and responsibilities will range from: Ensuring customer satisfaction is in line with Airbus targets. Ensuring full alignment of the visits planning with production planning. Ensuring the major constituent assembly documentation is fully closed before customer presentation (outstanding works, concessions, non conformities). Ensuring the major constituent assembly and the inspection area is fully ready for presentation to customers (free of FOD, cleanliness of the area and part). Leading the customer visit at the time of presenting the major constituent assembly. Ensuring the post inspection documents and answers to customer queries are delivered in time and quality. Leading feedback loops to production and supply chain after customer presentations. Leading the Aircraft Acceptance and Delivery process for Getafe Plant. Benchmarking with other Airbus Plants and Final Assembly Lines. Required skills We are looking for young talents that are enthusiastic about their work and passionate about the issues that the aerospace industry is facing. The candidates should feature the following competences: Educated to a Master's Degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering (or any other degree if experience with customers is demonstrated).
