The Position Being part of our growing Customer Engagement unit, you will be a catalyst to ensure better informed, customer centric decisions by translating market and customer data into actionable insights helping cross functional teams create specialist-tailored strategies. You will deliver both data and narrative, allowing business to gain greater understanding of customer behaviours and decision-making process. Among your responsibilities: Develop a strong business acumen and understanding of customer-specific beliefs and behaviours, tendencies & particularities to be able to drive NN towards HCP-tailored strategies. Being part of the 'Brand Teams', co-create strategies and business plans, monitor customer trends and provide actionable strategic recommendations, derived from integrating customer insights from market research (either Primary or Secondary), market analytics, forecasting and CRM data. Identify the appropriate studies & market research required to answer each business question. Identify the most competitive and convenient vendors to work with in order to provide a solid research plan for the business. Constructive challenge & leadership. Educating the organization in the use of customer data, maximizing its impact on decision making process and help us evolve towards a more data-driven organization. Qualifications As a person, you have strong functional leadership skills, including an ability to build relationships and trust. You also have a solid communication style, strong analytical skills, and can drive and run complex projects. Commercial mindset and business understanding is also key to succeed in this role. Additionally, to be successful in this role you should have: Degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, health sciences, engineering or similar. Additional education in Business Insights will be an advantage. At least 5 years of experience in a Business Insight or Market Research function gained from a consulting or in-house role. Experience and understanding of the Pharmaceutical sector is required for this role. Proven experience implementing business insight processes and driving market research studies (quantitative and qualitative). Technical knowledge & understanding of study methodologies (including primary and secondary data), and ability to connect the dots seeing the business implication in data
