Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Growth Specialist to manage client relationships and support strategic growth initiatives.
This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver data-driven marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation, particularly with CRM systems, and a strong command of English for effective client communication.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular check-ins with clients, facilitate strategy discussions, and respond to inquiries.
Strategic Planning: Assist in crafting growth-oriented plans, identify upsell opportunities, and adapt strategies based on data insights.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to organize tasks and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Performance Reporting: Analyze KPIs, prepare monthly client reports, and provide high-level insights for leadership.
Client Satisfaction & Retention: Gather feedback, conduct satisfaction surveys, and address concerns to enhance retention.
Process Optimization: Support improvements in internal processes and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications Proven experience in marketing automation (Go High Level experience preferred).
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong client management skills.
Familiar with collaboration tools (Slack, Asana) and proficient in CRM operations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Nice-to-Haves Spanish-speaking Experience with Zapier or Integromat for automation Basic knowledge of digital marketing (funnels, lead generation) Experience with other CRMs (Hub Spot, Salesforce) Strong data analysis skills for interpreting KPIs Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello) Prior experience in a client-facing role
