DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat.Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem.Constantly brainstorm with colleagues to improve the Customer Experience; troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily business.Use the latest technology and AI integrations and become an expert in this field.Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms.Responsible for Trustpilot reviews, improving overall company NPS through excellent service.Flag and escalate customer queries, coming up with suitable solutions.Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native level German and fluent English.Customer service is in your DNA and you have some experience already.Excellent communication skills.An interest in innovation (think chatbot integrations).You are proactive and solution-oriented.You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer.A technical background is an advantage.You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed.
