About the Position The Customer Experience Specialist position is one of the best roles for getting to know and understand our customers' needs.
You will gain direct experience interacting with customers at high level , in various disciplines within the wellness industry and across the globe.
You will be responsible for accompanying the customer throughout the process of building their own customized APP .

The Customer Experience Specialist will: Provide assistance and support to our customers daily via chat, video calls, and email.
Analyze data and provide recommendations on how to improve our customer support processes.
Gather relevant feedback from our customers about needs, new features, challenges with the platform, problems, etc.
Become a product expert.
Know every feature and act as a consultant for our customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
One key challenge will be optimising our conversational support funnel, leveraging technology to automate processes.
Help to build our knowledge base (articles, videos, tutorials and guides) Managing upselling, cross-selling, and churn management processes to improve customer retention and expansion.
Working cross-functionally with sales and product teams to create the future of Harbiz.

Languages: Spanish & English (fluent) Between 1-2 years of experience in Customer Experience / Sales or similar positions.
