About the role: You will be the heart of our customer service department, providing exceptional support to our brides across various channels, such as phone, email, and social media.
You will assist brides in finding their dream dress or accessories, answer questions, resolve concerns promptly and professionally, and ensure all interactions are consistent with our brand philosophy.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to our brides inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information on products, services, procedures, and company policies.
Guide brides through the process of finding their dream dress.
Handle and resolve possible complaints efficiently and professionally, adhering to established policies.
Proactively offer solutions and recommendations, maximizing our bride experience and sales opportunities.
Collaborate with retail stores to address customer concerns related to their in-store experience.
Contribute to achieving department goals and exceeding customer expectations consistently.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume, multi-channel contact center environment.
Fluency Spanish and English both written and spoken.
Additional languages (specially French or Portuguese) are a strong asset.
Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry, and experience in luxury customer service is preferred.
Positive, helpful, and solution-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new software and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Proficient in typing (minimum 35-40 WPM).
Availability to work from 15.30h to 00.30h.
