Skills Required: Ideally, you've got 1-4 years of experience in a similar role. You possess strong customer-focused communication skills that leave a positive impression. Fluent in written Dutch, with a good written command of French, and English for company communication. Empathetic, with the power to put yourself in our users' shoes and solve problems effectively. Naturally curious and always up for a challenge—because figuring stuff out is your thing. Good problem-solving and analytics, with the skills to handle anything that comes your way. You're an exceptional team player, yet equally adept at thriving autonomously when the situation calls for it. You're all about getting stuff done, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in. Structured and organized, but you're not afraid to shake things up when it's time for a change.
