Your primary focus will be on re-engaging high-value customers who have either abandoned their carts or have not made a repeat purchase. Working closely with our CRM, Data, and Sales teams, you will help drive customer growth.What will you do?Conduct targeted outbound calls to high-value customers who have abandoned carts or have not made a second purchase.Provide personalized service to encourage customers to complete their purchase or place a new order, enhancing their overall experience with Helloprint.Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, order status, and reasons for non-completion or non-purchase.Track key performance indicators such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction.Analyze data to suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.Work closely with CRM, Data, and Sales teams to identify opportunities and support lead generation.Do you think you are the missing piece of the puzzle?
