Purpose Statement:
Develops and implements training programs and tools to support in-house and external Product Education.
Support employees/customers by providing clear and concise information to deliver the appropriate level of clinical and technical understanding. This role requires extensive travel globally, approx. 70%.
Key Responsibilities: Design, research, and develop Structural Heart Valve training program and materials to maximize impact by determining the target audience, time and location requirements and other applicable factors.In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.Remain aware of all changes that may impact training requirements by seeking out information that may change the clinical process and implementing changes/improvements to training approach and materials accordingly.Work with Management to ensure that post-training results meet organizational targets and expectations by collecting and analyzing post-training data.Follow closely with metrics to ensure consistent global internal and physician training.Assume expertise role in Structural Heart Valve Training by using technical knowledge to support existing technology and new technologies.What Are We Looking For In You: Knowledge: Bachelor's degree required - medical education/physician training experience, cardiovascular and/or structural heart preferred.Proven experience in the medical industry with several years' experience in the medical device environment (clinical, scientific affairs, medical affairs, medical education, product management, product development, R&D, medical sales, or field clinical engineer).General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures, and practices. Interprets company policies and procedures to resolve issues.Beginning knowledge of industry practices and standards.Excellent written and verbal communication – Fluent English is mandatory.Problem Solving:
Applies professional concepts, company policies and procedures. Analyzes data or situations, and exercises judgment to recommend solutions to solve problems. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be obtained.
