We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Channel and Customer Commercial Support, Specialist (Iberia). This is a pivotal role where you will drive the strategic market access efforts for our products and contribute to our mission of improving patient lives.
You will manage the following activities:
Administrative support (including invoicing) to Preserflo Business in Spain and PortugalManage relationships with customers in the pharma/medical device / similar business such as wholesalers, distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other related stakeholders to ensure the O2C process completeness and sales maximization.Manage local administrative needs ensuring that all movements are monitored: Orders, Backorders, Invoicing, Inventory Reconciliation, Good Receipts, Blocked orders for invoicing and EDI managementCustomer credit collection & AR managementDrive cash control and invoicing process experience.KEY ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Deep knowledge of O2C processKnowledge and practical use of the following SAP modules: EDI (navigation/error resolution experience), FI, SD, MM, O2CHigh level of Excel proficiencyAccount receivable accounting knowledgeContinuous in-market demands analysis and controlMinimum Requirements: University DegreeAt least 5 years of experience in customer operations.Deep knowledge of the drug supply chain and the reference environment (e.g. pharmaceutical regulatory framework, values and volumes of the pharmaceutical market and the relative trend, profitability, knowledge of the main market players, etc.)Experience in a pharmaceutical companyExperience in dealing with hospitalsGrow your career at Santen A career at Santen is an opportunity to make a difference.
