Experience in customer service would be an advantage Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Proficient in English, both spoken and written Good knowledge of data/technology A clean criminal record is a prerequisite In terms of personal qualities, you are ideally someone who values good work ethics and has strong teamwork skills. You excel in communication and are comfortable working both individually and in a team, as well as being at ease with data and the phone as work tools. As a person, you are likely solution-oriented and approachable, both with customers and colleagues.
