As a customer consultant, your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance. To accomplish this, you will work as a customer consultant in various systems to solve the challenges as effectively as possible. Additionally, you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with various questions related to roadside assistance. To succeed in this role, we would like you to possess the following skills: Experience in customer service would be an advantage Fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written Proficient in English, both spoken and written Good knowledge of data/technology A clean criminal record is a prerequisite In terms of personal qualities, you are ideally someone who values good work ethics and has strong teamwork skills.
