As Customer Care & Warranty Manager - Electronics for Europe and Africa, you will lead multiple teams and enjoy working directly with our customers. The purpose of this role is based around three main pillars: Significant Issues & Escalations, Customer Care, and Warranty Costs Management. You are the right candidate if you are an engineer with some interest or experience in Electronics and possess an MBA / Business mindset who enjoys achieving goals. You are not the right candidate for this role if you prefer staying in your comfort zone or are looking for a role primarily focused on report data. This role is key for customer & stakeholder management, where you must be ready to build relationships with customers. As our next Customer Care & Warranty Manager, you will manage customer complaints regarding warranties and get support from our plant teams to achieve quick actions. You will troubleshoot all issues in coordination with the plan and monitor forecasts and budget the Warranty costs. Requirements: Engineering studies and Business / MBA background.
