As Customer Care & Warranty Manager - Electronics for Europe and Africa, you will lead multiple teams and enjoy working directly with our customers.
The purpose of this role is based around three main pillars: Significant Issues & Escalations, Customer Care, and Warranty Costs Management.
You are the right candidate if you are an engineer with an interest or experience in Electronics and possess an MBA or business mindset, enjoying the achievement of goals.
You are not the right fit for this role if you prefer to stay in your comfort zone or seek a position focused primarily on report data. This role is key for customer and stakeholder management, requiring the ability to build relationships with customers.
As our next Customer Care & Warranty Manager, you will manage customer complaints regarding warranties and coordinate with our plant teams to achieve quick resolutions. You will troubleshoot all issues in coordination with the plan and monitor forecasts and budget for warranty costs.
