We are looking for motivated and eager individuals to join our Customer Care team for the Italian market.

Description: Daily duties of the team include:
Responding to customer requests via email, chat, and video call.Managing these requests and resolving them as soon as possible or passing the report on to the technical team for resolution.Following up on incidents and ensuring customer satisfaction.Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrading plans, post-sales, and module activation.Supporting the team in other markets as needed.Translating online support for new launches (on demand).Supporting customer events in the market.Supporting market development and system adaptation. What Are We Looking For? Native or bilingual in Italian and Spanish.High level of English.Proactive and positive attitude.Service-oriented.A technology enthusiast.Passionate about customer care.Knowledge of our products is a plus.Knowledge of additional languages (Portuguese, French, German) is useful.A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.A team player. If anything is characteristic of the Customer Care team, it is how much they help each other.
You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions.
