We are looking for experienced French-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a top-rated BPO with outstanding employee satisfaction. In this role, you will provide support to customers of a leading financial services company.
Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat. Utilize internal and external resources to offer top-notch service. Identify and escalate high-priority or unresolved issues to appropriate teams. Route calls to the correct departments and document all customer interactions according to standard procedures. Identify and communicate emerging trends and patterns in customer issues. Maintain adherence to quality guidelines, KPIs, and company policies to ensure consistent service delivery. Foster a collaborative work environment by engaging with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Requirements: Native or fluent in French, both verbal and written. Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools. Background in Customer Support or technical support, especially with help desks or IT functions. Ability to pass a background check. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Flexible and adaptable to process and information changes. Proficient in external systems and PC-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
