To support our Customer Care team we are searching for a Customer Care Specialist - French (f/m/d) (Barcelona) to be based in our Aschheim office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build lasting customer relationships and foster brand loyalty through warm welcomes and personalized service. Respond efficiently, accurately, and promptly to customer requests (phone calls and e-mails). Consistently meet the highest service and KPI standards of the department. Establish and maintain relationships to build a portfolio of relevant customers. Collaborate closely with Payments, Customs, Warehouse and Shipping. WHO YOU ARE
Previous experience in customer service within (luxury) retail or relevant customer-facing roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Familiarity with customer communication and e-commerce-related technology. Good computer skills, especially MS Office. Conscientiousness when handling customer data. Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work as part of a team. Native-level proficiency in French (written and spoken) and excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus. WHAT WE OFFER
