In this role, you will provide top-notch support to customers of an e-commerce brand from the comfort of your home in Montenegro.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical-based customer assistance via voice, chat, and email promptly and efficiently.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Document each interaction accurately in a dedicated CRM system.
Collaborate with the internal team, contribute to department initiatives, and support colleagues by providing feedback and promoting collaborative solutions.
Requirements: Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2), both verbally and in writing.
Reside in Montenegro and able to work legally without company sponsorship.
Experience in Customer Support or technical support, particularly with help desks or IT functions.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong independent work ethic and remote team collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability.
Proficient with external systems and PC-based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
