About the role What you'll do Manage different administrative tasks related to the orders made with seQura payment methods.Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the department, by sharing the best ideas and knowledge of market differences.Update information in our database and systems.Generate reports.Manage BackOffice tasks.What we offer We have a strong and sustainable foundation with an innovation layer on top.

What you'll need Availability to work during the afternoon shift from 14-21hr or 15-22hr.At least 1 year of experience in customer care.Native level of Spanish and at least a communicative level of English.Excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.Great capacity for synthesis, methodical and detail-oriented person.Problem solver and comfortable working by objectives.Proactive attitude, being able to work as part of the team but also being self-sufficient.At least mid-knowledge about Office Package and IT.We kindly ask that you submit your CV in English, as it is the official language of our community.
