About the role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide excellent customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. Your mission will be to help seQura grow and increase brand loyalty by meeting the customer's expectations.
What challenges you'll be solving
• Take phone calls, answer emails, and chat messages from our customers to solve their doubts.
• Manage different administrative tasks related to the orders made with seQura payment methods.
• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the department by sharing the best ideas and knowledge of market differences.
• Update information in our database and systems.
• Generate reports.
• Manage BackOffice tasks.

What you'll need
• Availability to work during the afternoon shift from 14-21hr or 15-22hr.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer care.
• Native level of Spanish and at least a communicative level of English.
