About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales Manager, the resource will have the responsibility to:
Implement sales strategy and manage sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results;Develop assigned sales areas (existing and new customers);Support the sales process by providing information and reports on sales targets, analyzing market intelligence and sharing information with Sales Product Support and Portfolio Managers;Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate client requirements, while preparing commercial offers and defining, along with the Company, pricing, terms & conditions, negotiations and agreements;Promote customer satisfaction and accompany customers during visits at Volpak's site.What you need to be successful
- Degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical engineering or related;
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, and in Spanish. Another language will be considered a plus;
- Availability to travel 30% of the time;
- Will complete the profile: ability to negotiate, manage conflicts, being result-oriented and a team player.
