Customer Care Representative
We are looking for a Customer Care representative to strengthen and assist our Customer Care team. The right person has experience within import-export, documentation and customer service, and also has strong interpersonal skills and can easily communicate in English with colleagues from all over the world. What you will do: Provide excellent Customer ServiceProcess customer and internal orders in our ERP-systemGenerate all necessary paperwork and information required for deliveries within the EU.Generate all necessary paperwork and information required for export shipments (LATAM)Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding filesTrace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their order delivery.Assist the Sales Department and other Supply Chain Departments as neededBack up for team members within the Customer Care department.Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner. Desired characteristics: Be proactive and identify/ propose process improvementsDetailed - and multi-task orientedTeam playerStrong interpersonal skills – Ability to establish and maintain effective key business relationships with both internal staff and external contact. The Customer Care Representative will work at our office in Tarragona, Spain. International travel may be required to some extent.
