Customer Care Representative We are looking for a Customer Care representative to strengthen and assist our Customer Care team.
The right person has experience within import-export, documentation and customer service, and also has strong interpersonal skills and can easily communicate in English with colleagues from all over the world.

What you will do: Provide excellent Customer Service Process customer and internal orders in our ERP-system Generate all necessary paperwork and information required for deliveries within the EU.
Generate all necessary paperwork and information required for export shipments (LATAM) Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files Trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their order delivery.
Assist the Sales Department and other Supply Chain Departments as needed Back up for team members within the Customer Care department.
Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner.
Desired characteristics: Be proactive and identify/ propose process improvements Detailed - and multi-task oriented Team player Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to establish and maintain effective key business relationships with both internal staff and external contact.
Qualifications: Education within logistic, administration, supply chain and customer service.
Minimum 2 years of experience within import –export, documentation and customer service Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of other languages is beneficial Experience from an international company is beneficial Excel and general computer knowledge.
The Customer Care Representative will work at our office in Tarragona, Spain.
International travel may be required to some extent.
