We work in areas such as BI, IoT, Big Data, and R&D. In the Operations area, we implement projects related to Service Desk, IT Infrastructures, and Cloud projects, among others.
Currently, we are selecting a Customer Care Specialist to join one of the teams that BETWEEN has deployed at one of our main clients, dedicated to the refurbishment of technological devices.
What will I do? These will be your main functions: Reply to Negative Reviews (internal & external).Handle escalated customer care claims.Provide reassurance on email channel and social media. Requirements: Native Spanish (your Customer Support tasks will be in this language).High English level (your team will be in Bordeaux, and this will be the working language).Clear customer orientation and excellent communication skills.Being a Geek is a must!
