We are recruiting for an international company a Spanish speaking Customer Agent for their office in Poland.
Missions: Communicate with customers through various channels.Be the first point of contact, update contact information, collect invoice, pre-onboarding, booking information and related requests.Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given.Profile: Native/fluent in Spanish, both oral and written.
