What responsibilities and objectives will you have? Telephone attention to APM users (clients and driver). Coordination with the maintenance and transport team to resolve incidents. Ensuring the correct development of APMs processes. Management of Opening new APMs in our system. Management technical incidents detected in our system with the IT team Proactive monitoring of locker network parcels Management and maintenance of APMs. Well, what will the requirements be? At least 2 years of experience in a similar position of customer service. Higher level vocational training or Degree (Business Administration and Management or similar preferred). Complaints and conflict management. Customer focused. Communication skills. Capacity for analysis and synthesis. Teamwork. Ability to prioritise. Organisation. Resolute person.
