Your role:Daily communication with doctors, clinics, and patientsOngoing modification of customer care journey and systemUsing our online systems to track, follow up, and complete booking processesFeedback to higher management on a process and a role that will be evolving and developingMinimum requirements:NIEYou must have a very high level of English, native level (minimum required level: C1)Polite, friendly, and a clear communicatorPrevious experience in customer care essentialOffice proficientProactive attitude, committed, with attention to detailWe offer:Fixed salaryInternational and young working environmentGrowing company with the possibility of furthering your careerSpanish classesJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
