TravelgateX is growing! We are looking for Customer Care Agents. This is a key role focused on improving the level of satisfaction of our dear clients, solving their technical issues in a efficient way. The sucessful candidate will join TravelgateX ( ). We are a cutting-edge technology company that connects the travel industry, based in Palma de Mallorca. CUSTOMER CARE AGENT DUTIES: Issue review and resolution Organize, assign tickets to the correspondent project Register all service conversations between customer and development teams. Monitoring and follow issues evolution and due dates Activate new connections for new or already existing customers First to be contacted by customers Appropriate issues scaling Maintain and update customer's tickets Accompany customers throughout the tickets resolution process Ensure all necessary information is registered until the issue is solved Develop and improve Help Desk procedures Onboarding/Connect customers following Customer Success requests SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year of experience Kanban (pull) skills, able to self-assign tasks.
