Liaising with clients, dealing with queries and proactively resolving service issues within agreed deadlines/targets is included.To identify and refer potential client complaints and opportunities for new business. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of client data in Marine & Offshore business systems.To liaise with and provide support to other team members, departments and offices, as may be required.To develop a good understanding of Marine & Offshore products, services, systems and processes on an ongoing basis.To identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.To support other team members and new staff to transfer knowledge of Marine & Offshore products and processes
