We are now seeking a Marketing Activation Manager Iberia to help us further build the future of food. You will be based in Sant Cugat, Spain or Berga, Spain with the opportunity to work with a hybrid model and report to the Head of Regional Marketing, CB and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the commercial team retail Iberia to realize the ambitious growth targets. You will act as the portfolio and product expert, detect new opportunities for growth, and play a key role in building a long-term partnership with key retailers in Iberia.
What you will do:
You act as a business partner for the commercial teams in securing implementation of the commercial plan.
You convert strategy to a marketing plan with strong category impact, based on financial understanding.
You create concept selling stories, launch deliverables and secure excellence in execution for new launches, relaunches, and activations.
You prepare and participate in customer meetings, sales pitches, and portfolio review meetings.
You actively screen the market, customer, and competition portfolios and activities to detect new opportunities for growth.
You are responsible for customer-specific product configuration projects, including project management and all aspects of the operational launch.
You are the local market expert and can translate customer observations into insights.
You have a profound understanding of the customer strategy and related product requirements.
What we expect from you:
Fluency in Spanish and English on a professional level, both oral and written. Any other language is a strong plus.
At least 3-7 years experience in an FMCG marketing activation role in retail Iberia combined with commercial/sales experience.
University degree, business administration or equivalent.
International mindset, inspiring, innovative, analytical, and result-oriented.
Consumer and customer-minded.
Fact-based and analytical, self-driven, motivated, and a team player.
