Customer Advisor

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM – 12:00 AM (rotational shifts) Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote flexibility) Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Address and resolve customer inquiries about products, services, and account details efficiently.
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs.
Assist in troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
Qualifications Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a rotational schedule.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
