And in communities with the greatest need, we collaborate to expand access to quality eye care.Key Responsibilities Review and process credit applications for new accounts within the North America Region including written requests from retail corporate locations for new store set-ups.Maintain customer master changes and new account set-up for CCA & Chile region.Maintain customer account records and account master files by updating names, addresses, phone numbers and credit card information for existing account database.Improve the relationship and knowledge of business processes by providing support for sales and marketing teams regarding customer master related issues.Provide direction for customer service representatives by acting as a reference line for questions concerning customer master.Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned by management.Ensure processes adhere to company policies and external audits as required (i.E., SOX, BSI).Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School minimum.Experience and Skills Required 2 years customer service experience.Strong organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to work independently and as a team
