Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing programs primarily for our Associate Business Schools (ABS) and some partner institutions, taking management responsibility for program modules that our ABS want to book and host on IESE's campuses. This involves leading the agenda planning and ensuring that assigned programs run smoothly together with a program coordinator and are planned in a timely and consistent manner, serving as the main contact person for the schools and institutions as well as program participants. This position is part of the Custom Programs team at IESE, so occasional support during peak times in custom programs will also take place.TasksFollowing already set policies and criteria, manage the MOU process through to signature.Managing scheduling, including identifying the ideal campus for the program to take place and the academic director to support.Work with the academic director to create the agenda and identify the supporting faculty team.Work with a coordinator to arrange planning, delivery, and post-delivery program follow-up.Manage the program budget, expenditure, billing, receipts, and forecasts.Respond to inquiries from participants, faculty, and visitors over the phone and in person.Education and ExperienceUniversity degree or equivalent preferred, plus experience in an office environment.Strong computer skills.
