Main Responsibilities and tasks We are looking for a graduate with an excellent professional track, a strong international background, and preferable experience in management consulting, executive development, and organizational transformation. As a professional within our Executive Education division, you will work in a motivated and fun international team of dedicated, experienced, and talented professionals. We expect fluent English and full international mobility. The main purpose is to develop the client portfolio (companies and professionals) at an international level, to strengthen IESE's position as a worldwide leader in management development. Tasks Business development: present and sell in-company Custom Programs. This can involve the design and implementation of a marketing plan, visits to leading companies and top executives of companies in the sector, handling of incoming leads, and relationship building with potential clients and/or the elaboration of customized program proposals. Analyze and understand customer training needs and expectations: The jobholder will collaborate with the IESE Faculty in the design of the programs, adapting them to the needs and objectives defined by clients. Program Management during its duration: Hospitality and care of all program participants. Supervision of the staff who will provide logistic support in the IESE Campus (rooms, training materials, schedules...) during related Programs. Once the Program is completed, it will be necessary to keep in touch with the main clients and also with all the important contacts, which may have been made as a result of the business development activities. Education and experience Bachelor's Degree (B.S. / B.A.), preferably in Business Studies. MBA at a top-ranking European or American school would be desirable (IESE is a plus). Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages will bevalued. 3-5 years related experience in business development, project management, or consulting, but with a proven international focus. Key competences Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with diverse constituency, including senior faculty and administrators. Organizational skills and able to plan and manage multiple projects at the same time. Client and service orientation, having a spirit for giving service. Results oriented: highly motivated to achieve objectives, both individually and as part of a team. Global mentality, being able to work with people from different backgrounds and keep an open mind to different needs. Resource management, including budget management.
