POSITION SENIOR SALES ASSISTANT Reporting to the Store Manager, the Senior Sales Assistant's responsibility is to contribute to the DIOR sales growth in the store and attract and retain clients.
She/he is responsible for representing the brand values, achieving sales targets, respecting the brand image/guidelines, and providing outstanding customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the relationship with clients in the Boutique, with the objective to sell products and present the Brand Image properly, providing effective information regarding products and events, and gathering market and competitive knowledge.Manage any urgent situation and optimize productivity to ensure sales success.Serve as a mentor for newcomers concerning training and coaching actions, collaborating with the boutique managerial team to ensure proper Dior induction for all new members.Build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, follow-up activities, propose and support the organization of events, and suggest new ideas in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.PROFILE Background: Required knowledge and experience in the retail and service field.
A university education or a Fashion school degree is preferable.Experience: 5-10 years.Technical skills: Knowledge of products and basic selling techniques, knowledge of other languages (English; others are a plus), and basic IT skills (Office).Soft & Interpersonal skills: Positive and kind attitude, self-care, team-working attitude, friendly demeanor, and respectful behavior with colleagues.
