Your role: We are seeking a Market Research Analyst that will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success through insightful analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition.What you will do:Lead and oversee in conducting ad hoc research: Define and implement the research needed and develop the studies from beginning to end always being in contact with Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager.Work closely with the Consumer Insights Manager and Marketing team.Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research according to the Marketing plans. Convey findings, through both written reports and presentations, in concise and compelling ways.Develop customized reporting and dashboards to provide regular updates to senior management and different stakeholders.Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with team members, internal colleagues and stakeholders, and current research suppliers.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Analytics, or related fields.3-4 years of market research experience, in agency or client-side.Knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, etc).Strong analytical and communication skills.Proficiency with analytical software (experience in Retail & Consumer Panel analysis is a plus).A strong desire to work in an international environment.What we offer:Hybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Affinity University platform: Professional development opportunities to employees at different stages of their careers, acknowledging diverse career paths.Pet-friendly office.Celebrations & Fun.We cultivate an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity.
