We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team specializing in New Power at our brand new plant in Madrid. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Managing the activities for a department including budgeting, resource planning, project management activities, and implementation of manufacturing integrated equipment, systems, and processes.Managing, coaching, and developing direct and indirect team members.Managing personnel in the Manufacturing Engineering Function related to departmental activities and performance standards.Leading the development of departmental plans and deliverables.Providing technical consultation, leadership, and advice to managers, manufacturing personnel, and other functions.Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives including capital, daily operations, and organization structure.To be successful in this role, you will need the following:Previous experience in manufacturing in the automotive/engineering/oil & gas industry is preferred.Experience managing teams/direct reports is essential.Global project experience or working with international colleagues is advantageous.Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred; cross-functional work is highly valued.Fluent level of English is required, both written and spoken.Reference ID: MEMCUM189Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: 1,000.00? - 1,100.00? per yearWork Remotely: No
