Social & Cultural Activation Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end process of your team's output; from daily reactive moments to hero activations. Ensure all campaigns are strategically sound, culturally relevant, and creatively bold.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between brand teams, creative, social media, strategy, and production. Ensure alignment between all stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
Creative Champion: Advocate for creativity within the business, helping brand teams see the value of bold, culture-driven creative solutions. Ensure that every creative idea is strategically grounded and has the potential to make a significant cultural and business impact.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with brand leaders, becoming their go-to expert on how creative solutions can address their business needs. Present ideas confidently and manage feedback loops effectively to ensure alignment and project success.
Measurement & Optimization: Collaborate with the strategy team to measure the success of campaigns, ensuring creative efforts drive real business results. Provide recommendations for optimizing future campaigns based on performance data.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Creatives and social media managers), ensuring collaboration and a unified approach to problem-solving. Act as a culture carrier within the agency, driving enthusiasm for innovative thinking and fresh approaches.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Account Director OR as a senior Brand Manager/Marketing Manager.
Strong understanding of both creative processes and business strategy, with a proven track record of translating business challenges into powerful creative solutions.
Experience leading and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.

Deep knowledge of culture, creativity, and trends, with the ability to recognize and champion ideas that have cultural relevance and business impact.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with creative problem-solving.
English and Spanish and/or French fluency.
What We Offer You: The chance to work on some of Europe's and the UK's most iconic food brands and make a real cultural impact.
