We are seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Instructor to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our students. He/she will report to our Executive Chef.
Requirements
As a Culinary Instructor, specialized in Pastry, you will be responsible for delivering high quality academic and hands-on training in pastry arts to our bachelor students. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing our pastry curriculum, ensuring that it meets industry standards and equips students with valuable knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate has:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in pastry arts, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining establishment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or a related field.Previous teaching or training experience in a culinary school or similar international educational setting.Fluent level of English, both in speaking and writing.Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.Key Responsibilities Teach the pastry curriculum according to syllabus and lesson plans and contribute to its development.Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, methods and materials.Create and organize the pastry production in a learning environment.Mentor, supervise and motivate students and guide them in their development, as individuals and as a brigade.Evaluate students through regular feedback based on practical and academic criteria and maintain student records.Maintain a clean and safe work area, applying HACCP standards.Ensure the production of high-quality pastries.Start date: March 1st, 2025
