TravelPerk is building and developing a best-in-class SaaS product and we need a Senior Product Operations Manager - Analytics who wants to join our journey!
We need someone who is a systematic thinker and has a proven track record of bringing structure to a high-paced, wide context environment.
With those skills, you will mentor, challenge, and coach our squads to systematically use analytics in experimenting, concluding, and decision-making.
You will also build business cases, run ad hoc analyses, and will communicate with all stakeholders to ensure that they are aligned and engaged to deliver outstanding quality.

What you will do You develop an insights-driven, broad understanding of the performance of TravelPerk across squads and tribes.
You match our product performance against current and future needs.
You coach, challenge, and mentor squads to make sure they deeply understand the performance of our product, and act accordingly.
Of our main priorities of the quarter, you develop an in-depth understanding of progress towards OKRs.
You perform analyses, deliver presentations, and provide recommendations, connecting the trends that overlay the performance of various squads.
You analyze market data, trends, and behaviors.
You predict performance and assist in financial modeling.
What you need A proven track record of 5+ years in a consultancy or analytics role.
MBA or equivalent educational background.
Strong storytelling skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Capable of fast context switching.
Systematic thinking cross departments.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Excellent English, written and spoken.
