We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our CTV advertising team. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with tier 1 CTV and streaming partners helping to drive revenue growth for partners and for Titan Ads. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute advertising supply partnerships with premium CTV and streaming publishers Structure, negotiate and execute commercial agreements that create win-win partnerships for both parties Work closely with CTV publisher teams to ensure success, partner satisfaction and revenue growth Collaborate with advertising sales teams to optimize yield and revenue opportunities Analyze partner performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for improvement Identify new business opportunities within the CTV advertising ecosystem Required Qualifications 5 years of business development experience, with at least 3 years in CTV/OTT advertising Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements Strong understanding of the CTV advertising landscape and programmatic technologies Experience in publisher success or account management roles Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations Strong communication and presentation skills Reasons to apply: Competitive package Change the future of TV A unique opportunity to join a well-funded, high growth company in the early stages to help to shape a product/business that will impact millions.
