Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and LatAm. We partner-up and invest in the best co-founders to build global companies willing to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries. Since 2012 we have co-founded +30 companies including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon, and Piper. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, have generated more than $3B in shareholders value and currently employ more than 3000 people.

We are now looking for the founders of our next venture in the EdTech AI space. As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. We'll invest in you and be your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic, financial, and operational support in all the key areas (Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent) to quickly go from 0 to 1.

Which will be your responsibilities? Launch a product from zero.Constantly ensure product-market fit adapting to the market evolution and to the company growth stage.Bring in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and proposition as well as the product roadmap.Analyze, prioritize and translate customer needs into ideas for product development.Lead and work on the performance of the digital product, driving to improve business metrics and achieve great UX for both end users and businesses.Be data driven: report weekly on all user KPIs, translate the product KPIs and user data into actionable insights to better inform the evolution of the customer engagement and product strategy and work closely with the other Co-Founders.Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis and data across the business. What are we looking for? More than +7 years experience in highly dynamic and high-growth environments in product roles.You have a hands-on attitude, you love prototyping and building products with low code / no-code solutions and have built integrations with the ability to generate revenue.Highly analytical mindset with a focus on commercial metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward.Ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence cross-functional teams; ability to present complex information in simple terms, potentially to the Board of Directors.A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling and developing high performing B2B and B2C businesses.A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling and developing high performing consumer digital products.A broad skill-set including A/B testing, prototyping, user testing, analytics, UX and UI, market research, competitor analysis and defining metrics.Passion for the digital sector.Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.Fluency in Spanish and English.
