Position: Project DirectorLocation: Remote (Teletrabajo)Bilingualism: Desirable (French required, English an asset)Hourly Rate: OpenProject: Strategic project related to the Enterprise SectorBudget Management: Must manage budget (15 million or more)Main Responsibilities:Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale technology projects prioritized by the business sector by creating a climate conducive to motivation and by exercising your leadership appropriately.Orchestrate the delivery of the business solution, manage interdependencies and ensure the coordination of delivery priorities, schedules, and budgets.Diagnose problematic situations, intervene, and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions.Raise and manage risks and issues inherent to the project in a constant and proactive manner.Produce various reports to monitor the progress of the project and provide progress reports to various committees, while adapting the communication to the audience.Manage stakeholders and maintain good relations with internal and external collaborators.Initiate changes and encourage a rethinking of the way things are done in a perspective of continuous improvement with the achievement of objectives.Ensure the implementation of good communication channels among project collaborators and ensure constant communication with all stakeholders.Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve the sector's objectives.Be a transformational agent to promote our values and zero tolerance for non-aligned behavior.Desired Profile:15 years of project management experience (Very senior profile).Knowledge of project management in agile mode (important) and knowledge of JIRA.Knowledge of the banking industry (important asset).Experience in delivering technology projects for the Enterprise banking sector (Payment domain an asset).Experience in managing projects deploying in the cloud.Experience in managing large scale projects (15 million or more) (strong asset).Experience in managing external vendors (e.g., a small company) (strong asset).Experience in managing external vendor deliverables as well as internal system integrations (important).Ability to communicate issues, risks, and business objectives to various levels of management.Influential leadership with a strong political sense.Experience in workshop facilitation and coaching.Rigorous, result-oriented, negotiation skills.Good communication and synthesis skills at all levels.Strong ability to adapt to change.
