What will you do?Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Identify and explore new market opportunities and industry trends through proactive sales, including actively visiting potential client companies.Coordinate with other departments to ensure the best customer service experience.Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to promote the company's services.Negotiate contracts and close deals, balancing client needs with company objectives.Support with group requests, follow-ups, and the database of quotes/clients.What do we look for?Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the tourism sector.Academic background in business and/or tourism.Knowledge of the senior and long-stay segments.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with clients.Ability to work under pressure, with a strong results-oriented focus.Excellent computer skills.Excellent level of English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is highly valued.Willingness to travel as needed.Motivation for growth and professional development.What do we offer?Competitive salary.Possibility of professional development and growth within an expanding company.Discounts in our hotels and other benefits.#LI-YM1
